More inside progress. Lots of electrical and plumbing rough-in getting done.

The outside is likely to not change for a week or so so we’re moving inside. On the top row, the laundry room is on the left and the “hall” to the master bedroom is on the right. On the bottom row, the master bath is on the left and the hallway back to the main part of the house is on the right. That door is the door of what *was* Zach’s room. As you can see, we are cut all the way through now.

Well, back from vacation early thanks to Hurricane Irene. It’ll be HERE Saturday. Luckily I have windows and the roof shingles on.

Last night was ugly – bad thunderstorms and water puddling in the tarp. Mike came over and saved the day. Today, however…we have a roof!!! They got the roof trusses up and the plywood on today. Should be tarped and water resistant for the weekend. Take THAT, Mother Nature!

One day from “remove last of old trusses” to “new walls are all up and the second floor is subfloored”. Remarkable.
